way too much debt... they might be able to handle short term debt no problem but that long term debt is nearly worth the entire enterprise. it's shame because this one has a lot of potential with only 6 analyst and positive cash flows.

This has a lot of potential going forward. Low P/E and people now going out to events/restaurants and back to work and will need to replenish their beauty products. The company should buy back shares with all the cash they are generating and help shareholders further crank up returns and EPS

Wal Mart CEO said we are in the "hair color" panic mode now. I think this will bode well for SBH once their stores reopen, there will be a lot of pent up demand for a lot of their products, not only hair color. Same with nail salons, etc being closed. I would imagine a good bit source product from SBH, so once they reopen it should benefit the company in getting back up to speed quickly.

According to Yahoo Analysis (https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/quote/SBH/analysis?p=SBH) 2021 Avg. Earnings Estimate is $2.25; and 2022 Avg. Earnings Estimate is $2.41. Equates to Current P/E of ~7.4 at a price of $17.84 as of August 17, 2021. P/E of 7.4, if this is not value, I'm not sure what is.

@Brian -- With 42% of the float short, this baby can rocket up very dramatically. I agree that SBH is a possible take-out target. It is a profitable company selling at a bargain price and expanding its sales potential with online orders and order fulfillments right out of their stores!

Insiders know the potential and have bought substantial amounts of stock in August at around $11.9. We can buy the stock for less than it cost those insiders!

Let us hope an activist investor reveals a substantial position soon, as that could pop the price up by 5-10 points.
