I had to skim some shares off today @52.8. I think with volitility lately price will peak then drop ex-div more than the increased div. It's been swinging so widely during last couple days I was picking up more shares <50. But I could be wrong..it could keep climbing up ex-div like the energy sector lately. One thing can't be wrong.. the nice big gains and divs in a short time frame..

Cool thing is that this isn’t a one-off. One of our operators is drilling horizontal wells in the haynesville! So this may moderate, since it is initial production, but this is really great news

If our operators start drilling, it could have a huge impact on SBR. The best news is, since we are a 100% top line trust, we don’t get docked for any development expenses.

I've gotten 2 distributions now, and my cost basis is down to $43.01. Yeah, I bought too high. One more payout should bring me above water again.

Are there any issues or problems with owning units of SBR in tax-deferred accounts, like IRAs ??
Does the Trust generate any UBTI to create problems in tax-deferred accounts ??
Thanks, in advance, for any help you can provide.

We should get the January dividend announcement this week. I'm hoping for better numbers this month, higher volumes. I would love to see the divvy hit.40.

Got my first dividend payment the other day. l'm slightly underwater after the recent drop, 702 shares @ $42.51. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next divvy will be, hopefully the next announcement comes tomorrow. My prediction is .39837. Totally just a guess, but it should be higher than the last one with the increase in gas prices. This distribution reflects oil from August and gas from July.

Look at SBR climb!!! How high will it go? I'm now way above water, cost basis of $43.01 and will go down to $42.14 after this divvy pays out.

I bought 24 more shares yesterday @ $42.57. Now 654 shares. Dripping SBR and all the money from my other divvy plays are getting funneled into it as well. I see the divvy here climbing into the .40 -.50 range in the next 3 months and dragging the PPS up with it. My cash cow is building gradually.

Up about $1.20 since divvy announcement. The chart looks excellent, about to climb the top BB. I would love to see a nice deliberate walk towards $50.

November divvy announcement should be here this week. Any thoughts on how much it will be? I'm thinking something like .36 per share. It will be reflecting July oil (higher than June) and June NG (I think that's when NG started going up?

October divvy announced. .34158 per share. This was based on oil for June ($69.96/bbl) and NG for May ($2.94). With oil & gas prices much steeper now, I can see this divvy growing quite a bit as we get into the winter months. Oil is now around $80/bbl and NG is a whopping $6.24. In a normal year oil production would likely go down a bit in the winter, but we are opening up and demand is expected to continue growing. Natural gas is the big one. I can easily see natural gas production of over 1,000,000 at $7+. This divvy is going up mightily in the next 6 months.
