  • A neutral EPS growth % next Y of 132.70% means that things will be up in the air for SCOR. Past setups of this nature have produced both pullbacks and near-term upswings. the other week awesomeSTO-CKS alerted this company i think. google them .
  • This company deserves to be sued. I'm one of those people who detest frivolous lawsuits and ridiculous jury awards, but come on. I could accept that there may have been errors in judgment regarding their accounting treatment of barter-type transactions, but how could they fail to file required documents with the SEC for all this time? Now to rub salt into the wound, they announced yesterday morning that they may be delisted if they are unable to comply by Feb 23. As far as I know, no mention was made at all regarding a delisting date of Feb 8. That news came last night and leaves me to wonder if the company already knew that Feb 8 would be the actual delisting date. If so, that is critical information for investors and should have been included in the morning announcements. I lost thousands this morning as I bailed out. If there is a lawsuit, count me in.
  • Satnam, I have a dumb question. If you short the stock today while it is trading on Nasdaq, will it be difficult to cover the short position tomorrow, when it will be traded OTC?
  • You can cover tomorrow @OTC under $9
  • Just Shorted 10K @24.13
  • So when are institutions and mutual funds required to sell and how far down will that drive the pps?
  • Sat, I'm now short 1200 shares at an average of $24.11. Makes me a little nervous since I've never shorted any company in the past but with all the shenanigans SCOR management has pulled, I've gotta believe this thing is going to fall like a brick. A big heavy brick in freefall.
  • POS getting a bounce after all the lies they have been selling investors so far, Damn!
  • Company may move money leftover and file bankruptcy?
  • For anything other than a day trade, anyone would have to be crazy to go long on SCOR as an investment. All they have to do is read the recent press releases to know that when the accounting stuff is finally corrected and disclosed, it's going to get ugly. Boom, boom, out go the lights.
