I hold high respect for your work mate because you're pointing people in the right direction. If there's one thing I've learnt recently is to remain calm especially when it comes to investment in cryptocurrency.I advise everyone to forget predictions and start making profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. The trade market is unstable and as a beginner, you can't easily tell if it's going bullish or bearish.
While myself and my colleagues are trading without fear of incurring loses, other are being patient for the price to skyrocket. It all depends on the pattern you follow.
Thanks to Mr Davis Pierce for his trading tips, i'm not mistaken when I say he's the best. You can contact him via Whats>App +1 (+1 (702) 381‑3007) 🆃🅴🅻🅴🅶🆁🅼@davispierce

You don't often see companies with top line growth, no debt, no dillution and 70% gross margins trading at 0.68 price to sales? Is this too good to be true? What's wrong with this company, I'm new to it, but seems pretty mispriced.

Yahoo Finance statistics pane says that SCPL has $13.48 of cash per share, and almost no debt. In other words, the stock trades for less than the cash per share, and it is one of the few profitable companies in the sexy smartphone videogame biz. And...and Scientific Games, which already owns 82% of SCPL stock, recently offered to buy the shares it doesn't already own for $16 share price, but SCPL rejected the offer as too low! SCPL stock is the bargain of the century!!!!! It can't last. This is a true stock valuation anomaly. My guess is either the stock price will move up, or else there is something I'm not seeing. Basically, this situation looks analogous to a brand new Ferrari sports car on sale at half price. Then, a prospective buyer might wonder, "Is there some hidden defect in the engine?" Can somebody tell me why SCPL stock is discounted so drastically to way, way below fair value? Any pertinent information would be appreciated.

What am I missing here fellas? Why does this have a messily 4.7x price to book? I don’t see debt. I see large amount of cash, I see growing revenue I see growing EPS. I see a low price. Why?

To those who keeps wonder why the valuation parameters are so good. Well, it is not as good as you think due to the ownership structure. SciPlay Corporation (the one you buy here) is a holding company which has 18% economic interest (but major voting right) in SciPlay Parent LLC (not listed, the actual gaming company). So everything you see in the income statement/balance sheet, you get 18%. Here is the disclosure note of the company:
"We are a holding company, and our sole material assets are LLC Interests that we purchased from SciPlay Parent LLC and SG Holding I, representing an aggregate 18.0% economic interest in SciPlay Parent LLC. The remaining 82.0% economic interest in SciPlay Parent LLC is owned indirectly by SGC, through the ownership of LLC Interests by the SG Members."

Due to FCC regulations, by law, don’t they have to reveal the news of what price the deal is? And if they don’t aren’t they exposing up themselves to a class action suit?

Today, SGMS is still free at $950m cap relative to its 82% ownership in SCPL. That 82% ownership, in a company that is debt free with $130m cash, is currently worth $1050m. You can own / buy SCPL at a $100m discount by buying SGMS and own the optionality on SGMS for free.

Am I correct in reading that the 103mm Class B shares only have voting power, and are not used for computing the EPS? Only the 22m class A shares? In that case the market cap is 220mm instead of the reported 1.23bln listed here on Yahoo Finance?
