There hasn't been ANY explanation why David Thomas departed the company? He was vice-president and general manager of the Copperstone Mine. He was supposed to lead the project into production. However, it is impossible to accomplish if you don't have adequate funding? In my opinion, this project is a duster.

Big time Investors have pumped up tech and other worthless stocks 5-10-50 bucks, and they've yet to make a profit... When this company starts rolling in the Cash, you'll be glad you got in for a Nickle...

sabre gold claims eric sprott invested in the company. But in reality he gave 7 million to golden predator in 2016. usually Sprott investing is a good thing but i dont think he holds any shares in sabre gold. Correct me if im wrong

FACT; Sabre Gold plans on doing a 10-1 reverse stock split, per share holders approval.
Bringing the stock price up to .55-.65 cents depending on the closing price.
85% of companies that do a high ratio reverse stock split, the stock price can plunge as much,
as 30-50% I would agree with a more moderate ratio such as a 3-1 or even a 5-1, however a 10-1 is a death warrant...If they agree to a 10-1 reverse split, plan on seeing at least 30%+ of your investment, decline in value, and then waiting 18-24+ months to see a good return. Lest Gold shoots well over $2400.

Gold passes $1500, up over $30 today, but KERMF is down a half cent near .16 on very heavy volume....... Why? Because nearly a year ago, management said they planned on having mining production under way in the 4th quarter of 2019. Needless to say, they have no plans to mine an ounce of gold now, so it wouldn't matter if gold were $2k per ounce. These guys are explores, not miners, that's why there's been a mass exodus of investor dollars despite gold hitting a 6 year high. My advise, don't invest until and unless management decides to actually mine for gold. Imo, they can mine and drill new holes simultaneously, but for now they just aren't aggressively trying to develop a working mine. I regret buying this dog, especially when seeing the stock price of every other go producer fly.

Looks like Kerr Mines will assng where Gold is going towards the end of the year as far as prices and international and domestic stability are concerned to make that mine opening decision by the fall. As far as the prelim stats of financial viability are concerned, they can do very well with gold over $1300/oz
