SHOR has just seen the last of the selling. Looks like a potential push higher is in store. Ive been struggling with this stock lately. Some of my other trades have been from awesom_sto-cks which are working out pretty well.

What do you think about the MITL SHOR acquisition price? This was a sad day for SHOR investors... I think the SHOR board of directors gave up and stopped doing their job, and somehow SHOR's board and MITL even convinced Don #$%$ that he wasn't doing a good job which I disagree with.... MITL throwing an acquisition offer when Shortel is near their 52week low price (~$5.60 per share) AND SHOR accepting it is ridiculous.... In MITL's 7-27-17 press release, Shoretel's CEO Don #$%$ says "With the announcement today, this concludes our comprehensive review of strategic alternatives by delivering a significant cash premium for our shareholders", but we know that "cash premium" is a lie because Shoretel's Strategic Advisory Committee 8-4-16 press release alone had already increased SHOR's stock from $7.57 per share (8-4-17 close) to $8.30 per share (8-4-17 close)!! Even if Shoretel's total revenue wasn't growing YoY right now, Shoretel's fundamental business was definitely improving, with many clients migrating from on-premise to cloud. Example: SHOR's Annual Recurring Revenue Run Rate ($223 mil. quarter ending 3-31-17; ~$198 mil. quarter ending 3-31-16) kept growing. If only 50% of SHOR's on-premise clients convert to their cloud offering then the company's annual revenue would double to ~700 mil per year in annual hosted revenue!
On July 26, 2017, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of ShoreTel, Inc. (the “Company”), approved the payment of cash bonuses, in lieu of the normal annual refresh equity grants, in the aggregate amount of $1,150,000 (each, an “Executive Retention Bonus” and together, the “Executive Retention Bonuses”) to the Company’s executive team, including the following amounts to its named executive officers: David Petts ($150,000), Michael Healy ($200,000), Eugenia Corrales ($250,000) and Bharath Oruganti ($200,000). Payment of each Executive Retention Bonus is contingent upon (i) the closing of the change of control transaction contemplated by that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 26, 2017, by and among Mitel US Holdings, Inc., Shelby Acquisition Corporation, the Company and Mitel Networks Corporation (such transaction, the “Merger”) and (ii) the ongoing employment of each executive at the time of the closing of the Merger.
The trading setup for SHOR looks very enticing. Do you guys find it difficult to know when to buy or sell something? I prefer to get my stocks from awesome*stocks.
Advice for Shoretel employees, don't believe anything the Mitel executives tell you and look for a new job. Their plan will be for you all to be gone in 5 years, and many will be gone long before then, so better to do it on your own terms.
Is SHOR undervalued? This sort of setup suggests potential upside... Ive been struggling with this stock lately. Some of my other trades have been from Awe.Som.e.Stocks. which are working out pretty well.

Perhaps a short-term pull back is more likely before the next rally on SHOR? I started receiving notifications from awe.some.stock.s the other week and so far they have presented interesting new trade ideas.
Why is this SHOR stock so cheap?
Anybody know anything about a company called Dialpad? Is this a competitor for SHOR?
