The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of foreign issuers, and up to 20% of the fund's total assets in emerging market equity securities. It invests principally in the equity securities of foreign issuers through the use of three different styles of international equity management. The fund invests primarily in developed countries, but may invest in emerging market countries and may invest in equity securities of any market capitalization.
