It also holds interest in the Evening Star property, which is comprised of 43 unpatented mineral lode claims totaling 660 acres and located in west central Nevada in Mineral County; the Mustang property that comprises 1,550 hectares located near south of the village of Glenwood; the Virginia property comprises 100 hectares and is also located near north-east of the village of Glenwood; and the Imperial property that comprises 228 claims covering an area of approximately 6,575.84 hectares located in Quebec, Canada. The company was formerly known as Sunvest Minerals Corp. and changed its name to Sky Gold Corp. in April 2019. Sky Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2008 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
