Listing on the 14th. Increased the revenue range. Russell inclusion on March 20th. They just need a buyback and this will really move.

Wow, new target of $38 !!

Maxim analyst Nehal Chokshi upgraded Super Micro Computer to Buy with a price target of $38, saying speculation of Chinese espionage in its products alleged by Bloomberg Business Week is likely false given the company's "security posture" and solid Q2 results. The analyst warns however that the macro environment remains challenging, NAND pricing remains under pressure, and risks associated with delayed filings continue.

As a hardware engineer, you can't just insert a chip in the motherboard and expect it to work. It will interfere with the rest of the chips on board and software which operate them. You are talking about a pretty big design change. Also, firmware and software get patched all the time from the original company. Their software won't work with this ward of alien chip. The whole thing sounds very hard to do.

So what happens if you own shares, and it is delisted? Won't certain trading platforms be unable to trade it? Robinhood for example.

    From Conference Call yesterday:
"Now let me comment on the progress of our remaining delinquent SEC filings. Last quarter, we reported that we had submitted our fiscal 2018 financials for audit. We are now able to report that we have also completed work on the fiscal 2019 financials under both the 605 and 606 revenue recognition standards and submitted them for audit at the end of September. Concurrent with the financial statement audit, we have continued the testing and assessment of our internal controls over financial reporting. As a result, we have prepared drafts of our SEC filings. The team remains laser-focused on becoming fully current on our SEC filings, which also includes the 10-Q filing for this first quarter of fiscal 2020."

Optimistic message, but no real date on when they could get back on the stock exchange. However, it seems it should be very soon!!

Well, the balance sheet is now pristine, twice as much cash as debt. Revenues exceeded expectations, blowing away any concerns about damage from the Bloomberg article. Now we just need SEC filings. Lets go guys...

So on revenues beat, earnings beat, repurchasing program this stock drops over 20% because of lower guidance? I can understand flat, I can understand losing maybe temporarily 5%, maybe 10% to $28.
But over 20%? are we insane? who's trading this stock? It simply doesn't add up. Pure manipulation. Low volume = competitors or whoever can do whatever they want with the price. Again, fair price at least $28 if before it was trading almost $31. $25? out of this planet.
