The study, performed in collaboration with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA and funded by the National Institutes of Health, evaluated the ability of SBP-101, a polyamine metabolic inhibitor (PMI), to impact the development of acute pancreatitis using different formulations and dosing regimens.
