Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has assigned a P-3 short-term rating to Discovery Communications Benelux B.V.'s (DCB) for its new $500 million Commercial Paper (CP) program. The notes, with maturities between 1-183 days, will be guaranteed by Discovery Inc. The Notes will rank pari-passu with all present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations. DCB is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Netherlands and a wholly owned subsidiary (through intermediate companies) of its guarantor, Discovery Inc. Discovery Communications, LLC's outlook is stable.
