2 year closing low at $1.50. $1.48 cleans up the gaps.

Earnings date coming up. I hope this sell off isn't coming from anticipated poor report. November 17, 2009 the 1 for 10 reverse split. I could never understand how this company would screw over investors w/no backup plan to support the increased share price. Shorts came in and knocked it down to single digits quickly. Now the decision's made to move back to Naz. Since then, the stocks been sliding. Outside of grand visons for the future, I'm getting that sick deja vu feeling. Wise had to always remind investors that patience was needed w/this issue. yeah.

New 2 year low $1.37 and new 2 year closing low $1.40. 2 months ago they did an offering at $2.55. Those folks are down over 45% and it appears no one is buying now.

When does the ‘explosive growth’ kick in?
The new guy did say ‘explosive growth’ when he assumed command.
Face it everyone, SOFO wouldn’t be able to sell a refrigerator full of cold beer in hell.

Wow, this just continues to tank. Who is actually selling now? If you have been in this for awhile it is kind of a binary bet- goes to zero or you will be in the money some day???

W/the 3M line of credit announced today, and the 3.4M in stock offerings last wk, you have to be jazzed about what is coming up. I'm not concerned ATPIT about the dilution, just about our returns. Go Mozden.

NASDAQ listing. It sounds like they are working at relisting on the NAZ, which is great news but it also sounds like it isn't a quick process (Burish said board is working to get it done within the next year). That coupled with what appears no imminent substantial growth in revenues (next quarter), it is looking like no appreciable growth in PPS until maybe early 2022. With a different team in there, I'm optimistic real change is occurring but this message is long in the tooth for us longs.

Anyone know how SOFO makes money through this "advanced integration" deal with ZOOM? Is there a license agreement? They seem excited about it but when I searched ZOOM integrations it looks like they have lots of them with many companies. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Do you think it is something that will be covered in the next quarterly report?

So I just noticed through a tv commercial that Zoom is powering UW Madison online . What part of that is parsed over to Mediasite? Since on the Mediasite homepage it describes how, "with the latest Zoom + Mediasite integration, you can record your classes, schedule meetings, and decide exactly which meetings will benefit most from Mediasite's searchable and secure management system". What's the breakdown with something like UW? I mean this should be a no-brainer that the home city w/Mediasite should be very involved w/its product. I guess that's a question to ask at the upcoming ASM.

The offer needs to be a lot more than that, i know Mr. Burish has put a lot of money into this company , but at the time the stock has gotten the most interest, and is ready to finally move up, the board can’t settle for $5.

Former CEO Rimas was working w/Silverwood that recommended the Burish buy out. That was kinda hinky. A number of investors opposed to that $5/s deal, thought that this pandemic provided opportunities for increased share price. Now in the 10K the company talks about the complications with the COVID-19 pandemic. Loss of revenue due to social distancing protocols et al. What? Come on now. This is your turf. This is what you should have had plans in place for right? Figure it out/partner up/get it done.
