Anyone know how SOFO makes money through this "advanced integration" deal with ZOOM? Is there a license agreement? They seem excited about it but when I searched ZOOM integrations it looks like they have lots of them with many companies. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Do you think it is something that will be covered in the next quarterly report?

When is it time to start talking to lawyers if the BOD of SOFO does not make good in accepting the $5/share offer?

The new guy has been in place for two weeks now. I hope he is getting ready to make some bold moves.

I have been a shareholder of this company for over 15 years and what a disaster it has been. it can't even figure out how to become successful when it has extremely aggressive tailwinds of online learning due to a pandemic. the entire time I have owned it has been a repeat ed failure of leadership.

How low will she go? Don't think another reverse split is out of the question...

That $5.00/share buy-out offer looks pretty good now.

The offer needs to be a lot more than that, i know Mr. Burish has put a lot of money into this company , but at the time the stock has gotten the most interest, and is ready to finally move up, the board can’t settle for $5.

ASM finally announced. Thursday 9/12 at 9am CST. New venue this year at the Overture Center, Wisconsin Studio, 201 State St. Madison,WI. New CEO, no more CFO. Interesting times....depressing but interesting. Wear your lucky Hawaiian shirt DD, we'll need it;)

So if this transaction is expected to close in the third Quarter of this year ………. does that men there will be no other press releases or positive reports forthcoming until after this transaction is complete? I can't say that their IR people/person, or lack thereof, has been very effective in the past decade or so at generating much interest in this orphan. But …. what if something big were to develop in the coming months before closure, that generated more eyes on this sector/stock. Would nobody buy/sell shares that advance past the agreed upon purchase price? What am I missing here? I realize this hasn't been approved yet...like our shares matter, but what would happen if the share price exceeds the offering price at the time of closing?

Strange. Nothing about Norregaard's departure. No thanks/best wishes. Nothing. Mozden sounds like a good fit to take full advantage of the situation. Just an odd PR. This search process that the board went through. I'm assuming that this was part of the deal to placate Burish to drop his attempt for the $5/S buyout. That he was not comfortable with Norregaard at the helm during this time, and wanted a more experienced/aggressive CEO to take the lead during this crucial time. I'm not dissing the move, it seems to make sense. Just odd how Michael isn't mentioned until the last sentence of the release.

For years we were told online learning was the "wave of the future". Now that we have a catalyst for the concept it seems that students are rebelling against it. Hopefully SOFO's platform is the exception. Seems perfect for a hybrid situation.

    From the latest 8-K

On April 16th the company issued 232,558 shares of common stock to Andrew Burish at $2.15/share for a total of $500,000. He also received warrants to purchase a like number of shares at a strike price of $2.50/share which will expire in 2025.

Andrew and Mark Burish now own in excess of 40% of SOFO.

I don't know jbeech. I had a real problem w/Weis. Not getting the same vibe from Norregaard. He was quite upfront at the last ASM, and seemed to appreciate the dire situation that we are in. If you have been reading the litany of bad press for the past week or so on all the hacks and bugs w/"free" app Zoom, it demonstrates exactly why SOFO might actually stumble into a good place here. Probably not as stand alone enterprise, but definitely as a good acquisition for someone. Not wildly optimistic about anything right now, but I at least see a potential for this stock that I haven't seen in years. Good to see you're still in the game jbeech ;)

What did you guys think about the ASM ? When Norregaard brought up the thinning out of the management ranks, was he taking credit for it or just pointing out the happy result of lower overhead costs?

The shares acquired by Burish on 06/05 were issued by the company in lieu of paying Board fees in cash.

Wow! This is getting a little bit embarrassing. First this "out of compliance" thing pops up, and now they are delaying the earnings report at the last minute.
