Operating Loss GAAP operating loss was ($32.0) million, compared to ($47.3) million in fiscal 2019.Non-GAAP operating loss was ($20.9) million, compared to ($21.9) million in fiscal 2019. Customer Metrics Grew number of customers to 26,718 as of December 31, 2020, up from 25,556 customers as of September 30, 2020, and up from 23,693 customers as of December 31, 2019.Grew number of customers contributing over $10,000 in ARR to 3,149 customers as of December 31, 2020, up 44% compared to December 31, 2019.Dollar-based net retention rate was 110% in 2020, consistent with 110% in 2019.Dollar-based net retention rate excluding small-and-medium-sized business (SMB) customers was 117% in 2020, compared with 120% in 2019.We estimate the impact from COVID-19 on our business was largely isolated to Q2 of 2020 and adversely impacted our dollar-based net retention rate and our dollar-based net retention rate excluding SMB customers.
