    CINCINNATI, Nov. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of The E.W. Scripps Company (SSP) has declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2019. Scripps shareholders of record as of Dec. 13, 2019, will receive 5 cents per share, payable on Dec. 24, 2019. The company intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future.
