Why is the continued sell off occurring? No mention of new contracts. Not looking good?

Sides was brought on as an operations exec. and he had to clean up messes left by Watson. Increasing revenue thru sales was not /is not his specialty. Sides focused on the expense side and with Gibson as CFO, together they drove down costs. Costs are now about as low as they'll get. I'm sure Tee Green has known about Sides searching for a new job and has prepared for this...indeed, I credit Sides for finding Green to take over...Green and Driscoll are sales oriented, so it seems to me Green is now the quarterback and will oversee the transition to offense...Sides was/is more of a defensive coach..an operations manager...wonder where he went.

New client(s) - how comprehensive is the new deal? How many hospitals, out patient clinics, etc..? An Epic user? Could be an enormous deal. IF an epic user, then other epic users might be more likely to sign contracts too. The outpatient billing is important...increases usage...eValuator tentacles spread throughout the organization(s).

Only about 500 shares traded in first hour... I suspect analysts/institutional followers are looking for answers before acting.

They will use the mixed shelf offering to fund an acquisition. The acquisition will fill the CEO position, increase annual revenue and open doors for additional cross and upselling.

Expect a wave of new contracts within the next two weeks. Investor presentation this Wednesday in LA and 3rd quarter earnings call next week. There is a good chance this will pop before year-end.

"With the expansion of our direct sales force, and the addition of new, large reseller agreements, I believe we are well-positioned to gain the attention of more large healthcare providers that need pre-bill coding analysis to ensure their revenue integrity." Green CEO

    "reseller agreements" - plural --nice.
Looking forward to hearing details of direct sales force expansion.
Announce a few deals to show things are headed in the right direction.

Sides takes COO position with TelaDoc. Could be a great customer for STRM

Craig-Hallum Alpha Select Conference in NYC today. Good opportunity to showcase the potential of Evaluator. I expect a few of the larger players (Epic, Cerner, etc) to start monitoring STRM. SIdes has a strong network within Cerner and once the potential value added is clear and has stable legs they will acquire STRM. The question is how much can Sides grow the company and revenue before they are targeted. Keep in mind this traded in the mid $8's prior to having any recurring revenue in place and only chasing perpetual licenses. Share your thoughts

Second quarter is over. Very little press. Guidance for this year was 16 new Evaluator contracts. They have some serious ground to make up over the next 6 months. Trying to understand why the board has not stepped in and made some adjustments to help right this ship. Silence is not the answer. Share your thoughts on where this is headed.

Time for Sides to address shareholders and justify investing in STRM. Evaluator has a lot of potential - not sure this team has what it takes to get it to the next level organically.

Frivolous lawsuit from a hack law firm...looking for a lottery ticket...not going to happen...investors could have bought STRM at low prices before and after the closing date for the funding deal...indeed still can buy at low prices....so Purcell, Julie and Lef ...go pound sand!

More importantly, since Green wants to be CEO...lucky for us...that means the $800,000 allocated to expenses for CEO search will remain...so factor out the money already spent for the search, and...hopefully...a significant amount stays at STRM and net income and EBITDA improve. Boo hoo for the search consultants.

Reminder...STRM leases ...and subleases?...for the office spaces end very soon...I think sometime in November...can't remember details...I assume that's factored into the projections...and margins will be changed...don't recall any recent conversations regarding margins, but I believe that will be significantly positive for STRM.

Looking forward to hearing update in early December!

Doing a good job keeping expenses down and maintaining a clean balance sheet. This has the potential to be a very attractive acquisition target for many of the big players. Bob Watson had this trading at $8.50 a share while generating the same yearly revenue and the sales were perpetual - one and done., Now the majority of revenue is recurring - which in my opinion is much more valuable when looking forward. Expect M&A discussions to increase this year.

If you scroll down and see my comments 1 month ago, I mentioned about TRXC. It has gone up over 200% since that day. Do your dd, it still has enormous potential.

Do'nt forget this previously traded at $8 when their revenue model was not recurring. They have since switched to a SAAS recurring model and primed the company for consecutive growth going forward. Took a while to implement but will pay-off as sales continue to increase.

A lot of restricted shares given out January 30. Does Sides or Salisbury deserve any new shares? It's easy to cut costs such as leasing office space and then have employees work from home. What about sales? Sales is much more difficult. I don't see ANY reason why Sides nor Salisbury deserve any new shares. Where are the closings that Sides hinted at? Sides has played this hinting gambit for multiple quarters and has failed each time. What does Salisbury do?

Wyche should take note of past performance of sales. Should also check history of partners performance too.
