don't know how this is legal...

Take big short positions on a stock
Buy long positions on its competitor
Release a scathing report on shorted stock....sans evidence
State in the report that you are short and stand to benefit from the fall
    make money on both sides.....
    rinse, repeat.....

    I just don't get how that's legal

Ummm...also. The CFO Balaji Sekar does clearly state that he worked for Sify from July 2002 to Oct 2003 as an Accounting Manager on LinkedIn. Clearly stated along with many reputable companies. What is this all about? I love these short reports that!!

this is a great stock. the only reason this stock fell is because a analysis wrote that there is fraud going on with the c.e.o. the same analysis that bought 1000s of shorts along with his friends making millions as this stock tumbles. don't you think that if the c.e.o was being fraudulent that the security exchange commition and the law enforcement would of got involved. not some analysis.. come on people don't lose your money on this. everyone needs to double down and bring this stock back up. the analysis and the shorts will lose there wealth cause I guarantee you they all got millions of dollars worth of shorts on here... let's take this stock to the moon together...

I still like the company. I knew it would drop when sell freeze ended after ipo, so I sold high and bought back in at $40. A little early but I really like how they run the company. Focusing on attracting and keeping the best talent. You have to be constantly evolving in a software company to not he obsolete and only the best people will make a company successful. Look at Activision Blizzard. Sure they got a hail Mary buy out after they ran it into the ground, but their employees the public, gamers, all put off by the terrible management and treatment of their employees.

just read the report. I mean, the $$ discrepancy they are talking about is a mere $8-9 million on receivables and an exaggeration of employee attrition. For a company that is going to potentially book 1 billion next year that clearly doesn't just need Facebook to succeed this seems overdone. I'll await the end of the day to buy in maybe as historically the company response will pop the stock.
