    Douglas Taylor plans to step down as CEO of Taylor Devices in 2018

    Douglas Taylor, whose first job at Taylor Devices was an off-the-books lawnmowing gig at 14 years old, plans to retire as the company's leading officer at some point in 2018. Taylor told Business First in an interview Thursday that he plans to retire from the roles of president and CEO. The company was started by his father, Paul Taylor , in 1955.
