I am a former captain for TDW. Sold my shares years ago. Don't be surprised if TDW turns out to be another DRYS. Too much competition in the offshore boat business.
Like to hear what Mr. Robotti says about this stock right now. He went from 4 mill+ shares to about 140,000. This is a minimum of a 3 year event to see if investment can become profitable. Obviously, future price of oil will play a major part.

Divide your shares by 31.4143 to get the new amount. Also warrants.
The Series A Warrants have a 6-year term and a strike price of $57.06 per share of New Common Stock (subject to adjustment as provided in the Series A Warrant).
(4) The Series B Warrants have a 6-year term and a strike price of $62.28 per share of New Common Stock (subject to adjustment as provided in the Series B Warrant).
yea unless something changes i just got screwed.... went from 1200 shares to 38 with the RS.
dang a bunch of people just got jacked
They just did RS??
The warrants are showing more results than the stock in the last 3 days, for my holdings.Running from about .95 to 1.50 each, more value than I predicted(from before the so called"wipeout", of 1 for every 31.4143 shares of old stock)
TDW last day to cover - i think old common worth $1.50
Who can give me some answer, I have some old TDW shares, but my bank Capital One doesn't trade them any more. What is next for me..?
What's the story now? RS or old shareholder = 0?
Anyone can advise on the old TDW share???
did they swipe the existing shares?
where do you find news about reverse split? I still have all my shares in my account
Interesting in last TDW management was talking about post restructuring and potential for acquisitions. So seems like leaner, meaner TDW is looking, I would suspect at HOS.
