@Raven, your last post added great value to the board. Thanks for sharing. I agree that trend would appear to be favorable, but certainly not out of the woods yet. Bart has also given a view hints that TEUM is getting some traction in IoT. Will be very interested in seeing the numbers for IoT related revenue growth. I believe it was essentially zero for 2018, 2019, and I expect for most of 2020. But in late 2020/early 2021 (may be wrong on the date), around the time esim/soft sim was being highlighted with the roll out of 5G and wifi 6G, IoT was getting more attention at TEUM (repositioned on website, mentioned early and often in every call since). Bart, IMO, has clearly signaled that TEUM is getting traction in IoT. Don't know if its significant, but TEUM has some differentiators that could drive significant IoT revenue. That could be an absolute game changer for TEUM. Bart comes across as a very analytical person that knows the metrics of this business. I personally believe that with Bart, Laura, and MBV, we are in good hands. But certainly not out of the woods yet. This is at least a 1 to 2 year hold. But if they get out of the woods, the payout will be significant. WT

Two key metrics I watch are related to trends for TEUM. The first, we have a small clue and otherwise really do not know the quarterly revenue growth rate. The second is break even for cash flow, which presently just over 2m negative per month. Note, some will twist this comment. We're talking about loss from operations (36m - 11m Non-cash exepnses = 25m loss). It's not an accident we haven't seen the quarterly breakout. Once income is created and posts to a quarter for a company like TEUM, it's sticky meaning it's there for a long long time. Understanding this point allows the investor to project into future quarters to estimate when the second metric can be met too....breakeven. While 2020 grew just 7m y/y, q1 2021, q2 2021 etc. if they show a trend of monthly grow, lets say for example 250k-500k per higher or 750k/qtr +/- we begin to see the future. We do not know (I haven't found it in the 10K yet), the higher expenses related accounting and legal costs but these will subside as the revenue figures improve, settlements will occur, and accounting costs will return to a normal. Airlines have returned to normal domestically, international still has about 60-70% to make up before TEUM realizes all 7m of lost wifi income and some will be there each quarter beginning in Q1 2021. Do the math on lost wifi revenue of 5m/yr (or whatever recovered revenue you choose) and we see how this helps sooner than later. Add organic growth with recovered wifi revenue. You decide. Not out of the woods yet but heading in the right direction.

RJ.....I gather you only had one point to make in your early morning post (which I replied to). I see by your recent post that Statesrip replied soon thereafter. Double duty having to check back in 45 minutes later to create some modicum of separation....eh?

    Some Highlights from the CC
"Last year, I'm happy to say we implemented 3 key Mobile Virtual Network Enablers or verse or MVNE customers that are in the early stages of growth acceleration. We are focused on smart growth, really eliminating unprofitable customers and improving gross margins through product mix, pricing actions, and better commercial terms for connectivity. We've also developed a product leadership strategy, including new forms of customer engagement and strategic partnerships, all of which emphasize an improved customer experience across our cloud platform."

And on the Question of Growth in 2021.

"Definitely. Well, the simple answer to that is, yes. We do expect continued revenue growth, also this year. And if I look at the MVNE, and MVNO markets, they are growing steadily. And they're approaching a global market of over $25 billion, with a focus on Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
At the same time, we also see that the Internet of Things segment is experiencing explosive growth really, with high compounded annual growth rates across all geographic regions. And that is approaching a global market opportunity of almost $98 billion. So definitely, there's plenty of opportunity out there and we expect to grow this year as well."

RealJohn, in full disclosure, why did you neglect to post the other two top level points?

Pareteum is a global SaaS company offering several differential services globally. 2020 Financials included revenue of just about $70Million wit gross profits at $20 millions. Q1/2021 will be out within a week or so. Those numbers will show a much better outlook for 2021 and beyond.

if TEUM got just a 5X rating we would be trading at just about $3/share. and 5X is at the lowest of the SaaS industry ratings.

I actually thought this CC went much better than the last one. There are definitely some positives to take away. They are moving to get on the OTC QX which should happen after they file 2021 Q1 and maybe they get there around Q2 filing time. Gross profit trends are increasingly getting better. Operating expenses are significantly lower in 2020.....the trick will be, can they sustain this for all of 2021? The glitch was in the handling of the series c senior notes on the 10k form, so as they said in May, there was no effect on preliminary financials and now thos financialsc are fact. Bart did say in the Q and A that they will be signing more new customers this year (significant ones) and the company should be profitable in the near future. They are looking at getting an a named exchange (probably NASDAQ, IMO) in 2022. They also stated it is the company's preference not to do a RS to get there. So, Q1 10k will be when the ball really gets rolling. They did not provide a date other than saying in the near future. I am thinking 1 month from now if I were to bet. Things are looking better and we are almost back to normal. Hang tight.....I think this will work out!

In August 2020, the Company entered into an asset transfer agreement and a software license agreement with a data communications provider (the "Purchaser"), pursuant to which Purchaser agreed to purchase certain property and equipment and software licenses related to an MVNE solution for total cash consideration of $12.3 million. The Purchaser paid $4.7 million in August 2020 and the remainder in December 2020.

Revenues just a bit less than 2 Billions and grow...
So, even though the company is loosing money, the stock is trading so high on revenue growth in a HOT sector.
If TEUM Q1 2021 numbers will show substantial revenues growth and management comes out with a positive guidance, the stock price will make a strong move too. ALL IMHO

One glaring question was not asked (nor answered in the 10K that i could find) during the recent conf call. Given the past practices related to income recognition and the widely regarded damage those practices caused, how is revenue being recognized now. Anybody other than you know who know?....name withheld to proteck it's fragile feelings. I presume it could NOT be on a cash basis.

"As previously announced, the Company anticipated releasing full 2020 financial results today. However, the recent identification of a technical accounting matter necessitates additional review. The matter is related to a non-cash item that does not impact revenues or earnings before income, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA)."
Who is responsible for 'technical accounting matter' ? I do not buy that kind of excuses... It about
two years - they had to learn something buy this time.
The 1.2 Billion backlog claim should also be explained to shareholders, IMHO
the whole management crew should be replaced!!!

Who is so “smart”today to sell the shares? Why is the volume so low? Simply because the good news must descend. The outlook given by Bart is further growth for 2021. The status of Teum on the OTC needs to be changed to Limited followed by Current after Q1 2021. More and more big buyers will start buying. Teum management will, after reporting Q1, feel free to start intensifying communicating. A beautiful summer and second year half is in front of us!
