When Nasdaq up sharply, Teva does not follow as strong, suggesting speculative money is involved in Teva daily trading trends.

Not a shocker but worth remembering.

My nephew had laser eye surgery yesterday.

He got Oxycodone to handle the pain,
He said that he would not know how he could handle the pain with out it.

His prescription is for 3 days, one pill every 12 hours, the pharmacist counted the pills one by one.

Drag abusers get their fix on the street, not from by big pharma legal channels.

The case against Teva is BS.

Well, nobody on this board has predicted a global settlement in several days which means it will probably happen soon as things usually happen in the stock market when most people give up and stop looking for it.

"Ben Graham's "margin of safety" is the difference between a stock's price and its intrinsic value. In theory, the further a stock's price is below its intrinsic value, the greater the margin of safety against future uncertainty and the greater the stock's resiliency to market downturns.
"Margin of safety"/intrinsic value of Teva is today 0,4 = 60 percent.
The majority of Berkshire Hathaway deals in the past 60 years was with an average "margin of safety" of 30 percent.
Warren Buffett built one of the worlds greatest fortunes with combining "margin of safety" with relentless patience.....relentless is the key word here :)"

An empiric observation, by looking at the stocks I currently follow:
regardless the sector, value stocks seem to be resilient and even going up a bit.

    Two Things:
    1. Just bought more. I now have about 112,000 shares. Crazy but I have my cost basis under $10 now.
    2. Glad I never bothered to get into that bitcoin insanity !

Today is one more 'motley fools' / Yahoo pumping day for Teva

    Teva: A turnaround is inevitable

Generic and branded drug giant Teva Pharmaceuticals is definitely a contrarian pick. The drugmaker's ongoing litigation over the opioid epidemic in the U.S., its lack of a clear-cut franchise level medication, and enormous levels of debt due to the Actavis acquisition a few years back have caused its shares to drop by a whopping 76% over the last eight years. However, Teva appears to be firmly on the comeback trail.

Speaking to this point, Teva should be able to settle these opioid lawsuits relatively soon, and it has reduced its outstanding debt by over $12 billion since 2017. Furthermore, the drugmaker sports a cadre of newer growth products, such as Huntington's disease drug Austedo and migraine medication Ajovy, which ought to return it to respectable levels of top line growth by the middle of the decade.

What's the most compelling aspect to Teva's story? The pharma company's stock is trading at just three times forward-looking earnings right now. That's well below the industry average, implying that the market has gotten far too pessimistic about the drugmaker's near-term outlook. All told, Teva appears close to putting these various headwinds behind it, making its stock a screaming buy at these bargain basement levels.

TEVA will rise a lot...they put aside enough money to cover the opioid problem. I bought more and will stay with TEVA for a long time. Many years ago I was an employee and worked in one of the development laboratories...the moment a new drug will come out ( a question of time ) this stock will fly to the moon.

….unfortunately, a lot of misinformation on this board. A. Grand settlement might take place next month might be in 2024 - anyone who claims more specific info is also selling bridges to AOC and her herd; B. Restructuring of operations is going as planned and heading toward the achieved milestones to be completed year end 2023. Stock should be much higher in the long term. C, we have crashed through multiple support levels and for those looking to add on the long side a good entry point is $7.43-$7.73. Good luck to all longs.
