    I kind of agree with Joe. I think we should vote for most of their propositions except the ones exonerating the officers who, in my personal view, should still be liable for bad management impacting the shareholder value. On the other hand, the other propositions are going to help clear up the issues with the NYSE and ensure the long-term viability of the company and even the short term considering that if the shares were to drop below 1.00$ again for a period of 30 days, it would mean as indicated in their submitted form, a technical bankruptcy, Team not being able to buy back all their current credit notes. So we should go for it and allow the reverse split that usually also triggers an upward movement for the stock and help the company get back on their feet and grow back by going forward with their restructuration plan and enhance our shareholder value.

    Voted for all of them. If officers and board believe that these are going to help clear up the issues with the NYSE, ensure the long-term viability of the company, and maintain a decent level of shareholder value, I figured go for it. I don't think that we as shareholders see anywhere near its highs of $40 a share from several years ago again , but who knows for sure where this winds up. I'm thinking that a fair number of us would be happy to see $10 in the next year or two.

    Here's a game plan; Get NYSE restrictions cleared up, Cut MOS overhead and restructure MOS management team, restructure workforce group, open up capital expenditures for needed equipment, close Sub-Lease Sugarland and move corporate back to Alvin or Districts, and last but not least; TEAM needs aggressive leadership, cut the hesitation.

    I haven't looked at the materials yet, or looked at the SEC filings for a while. But I'm thinking that this doesn't go up until the sale actually closes, the check is in the bank, and they start issuing forward guidance again. Even though they have agreed to the sale terms, I'd guess that there are several conditions that have to be met for the sale to close, and I'd think that it is possible that things could crop up in pre sale inspections and accounting audits that could prevent closing. As always I could be wrong but I'm thinking that investors may be willing to pay more once the check is in the bank, and they issue some sort of guidance.

    280M for a business unit doing around ~100M annual revenues. whole company is now valued at 2.8 * 900M == 2.5 billion.

    2.5 billion - debt == 1.8 billion
    1.8 / .06 == 30x multiple

    stock is pop off soon

    Once NYSE accepts their plan, I see this stock trading at 3+. It was very surprising to see how much they were able to get out of Quest and that cash will be huge in paying off debt and continuing cost cutting initiatives. It cost money to make aggressive cuts, they will now have the cash to do so in the 4th quarter.

    Also, I would like to see their marketing team share some of the positive developments within their company as Robotics and Silk seem to be some new strong offerings that will increase revenue opportunities. Go TEAM!

    No wonder this popped today. I wonder if this sale was part of the plans that were submitted to the NYSE, and the NYSE approval was possibly contingent on this sale being completed ? 🤔
