    Simon just on CNBC. Says Breckenridge Distillery growing over 10% and is fastest growth in its category;
    about $100 billion business; when cannibus legal this brand has so much to grow. Says Europe will legalize and expects Germany to legalize within the next year. $3 billion opportunity in Europe. When legal in U.S., Simon says that his company is in great place. If takes longer they company is still in a great place. When happens company will have brands that will compliment cannabis. Says company will be a player everywhere.
    This company is more diversified that many others. Announcement today will just add to their portfolio.
    This company is grouped in with many other cannabis companies that have bad stigma. In my opinion, this company will be very successful one day. It may take some time and have to be patient to enjoy the future rewards. Simon a proven CEO.

    Tilray becoming more of a bevy company rather than cannabis. I'll take it.

    In the world of big mergers and acquisitions, big business prefers to buy what they understand. I believe Simon is positioning Tilray to be more attractive to the one thing CGC, Cronos and OGI have...a conglomerate with deep pockets. Diageo is just such a buyer. And two or three executives with Aphria (now Tilray) came from there. Diageo knows alcohol. They will find Tilray even more attractive now!

    Guessing the "States Reform Act" Bill is going to the floor and will be voted on and immediately put before POTUS..And he will sign it. Feds recognize the great need for legalization. CNBCD is going to make an announcement that will move the whole sector much higher.

    We buy 1 of the top 10 US craft brewing companys out of nearly 8,000 US craft breweries, Sweetwater and now we buy 1 award winning "numerous times" US distillery ? Are we being groomed for a game changing partner ? I think so

    The Breckenridge Distillery is the “World’s Highest Distillery”. Founded in 2008, the Breckenridge Distillery is most widely known for its blended bourbon whiskey, a high-rye mash American-style whiskey. Breckenridge Bourbon is one of the most highly awarded crafted bourbons; 4x winner of Best American Blended (2016, 17, 18, and 2019) from the World Whiskies Awards and Bourbon of the Year in 2011 at the Int’l Wine & Spirits Competition, and 2019 Colorado Distillery of the Year at the New York Int’l Spirits Competition. In 2018, Breckenridge Distillery won the coveted Icons of Whisky for Brand Innovator of the Year.

    Since coming online in 2008 and releasing its first vodka and bourbon three years later, Breckenridge Distillery has quickly become an award-winning producer of fine spirits, being designated one of the top three bourbons in the U.S. How it all came to be, however, stems from a mix of just the right ingredients, a hint of luck and a deep love for quality whiskey.

    “Philosophically for me, quality is the only thing that matters,” says Nolt (CEO). “If you want to have quality in whiskey, there’s so much heritage that you just can’t ignore.”

    This acquisition is consistent with Simon's interest in high quality brands. He made Hains a multibillion dollar company. He knows the CPG industry and has the right long-term vision. I believe we are on our way

    Not just a cannabis company. We’re a consumer packaged goods company that has cannabis characteristics.
    This newest acquisition is very exciting!
