Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (TMHC)

I live in one of their houses. If they run the company like they build houses this is headed for the toilet. Their superintendents either don't or can't read read the blue prints so there are dozens of repairs to each house. They don't stand behind their product and give you a song and dance about giving you what you paid for. Here in Florida they are terrible at managing a budget for the HOA so I can only believe the projects are way over cost estimates and now the houses are selling for less than they were two years ago. Terrible company, they have to own the rating company that calls them the "Most Trusted Builder"
