TeamViewer, a leading global provider of remote connectivity and workplace digitalization solutions, is very pleased to announce that enterprise software veteran Patricia Nagle joined the company as President of TeamViewer Americas at the beginning of May. Her responsibilities will encompass sales leadership, development of new channels and routes to market and customer success, accelerating TeamViewer's billings growth through expanding presence in the Americas. Patricia will be a member of TeamViewer's global senior leadership team, following Finnegan Faldi who will pursue a new opportunity outside the company.
Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. Polish Branch, a subsidiary of the worldwide leading manufacturer for electrical and electronic devices Mitsubishi Electric, has entered a partnership with TeamViewer, a leading global provider of secure remote connectivity solutions, to roll out TeamViewer's augmented reality (AR) support solution in its branch offices across Central and Eastern Europe. The AR-based remote support solution from TeamViewer will be particularly used in Mitsubishi's growing business unit of industrial automation covering products such as industrial control systems, drives and robots. In interaction with customers, which include leading manufacturers from the food, aerospace and automotive industries, TeamViewer's AR solution will enhance the support experience and improve repair processes.
A research project sponsored by TeamViewer, a global leader in secure remote connectivity solutions, found that 75% of businesses grew during the pandemic, thriving in a remote environment, but now eye new policies and tech infrastructure to support a clear trend toward a longer-term hybrid work environment.
