Have been holding this for a while but steady decline has been tough. I thought time it took to set up the CA bottling license would be of value and make TNYBF a potential take out target for a national player who could expand on the existing license. Alot of unfunded SPAC money exists out there, maybe this is the easiest path to obtaining a listing on NASDAQ.

Just the facts: The stock is down from 44 cents to 20 cents in 7 months of 2021. I believe the high was around 65 cents US, in 2020. Is it possible that the "news" and social media posts won't be enough to turn this around? If we go back into lockdown, things will get worse for manufacturing and transportation.

Jeff just blew the door off the Telegram chat! He was on point the whole time. Answered every question like a scholar and a gentleman. This company should be a 3 billion dollar market cap just for having Jeff speak to investors once every 6 months... even with zero sales.

    From another poster:

Please read this, I posted yesterday but post was removed.
Lesson 1: Remember, BASHERS NEVER Bash A BAD
STOCK. Check the boards for stocks with no potential. They
never have any Bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are
moving up or have excellent potential to do so. Bashers work to
bring the price down to either increase their position at the
expense of others or help a Short make their bones.

Lesson 2: BASHERS ALWAYS BRING UP OLD NEWS THAT
YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies
always have a few bits of bad news. The Basher will post this
over and over again. Unsophisticated Bashers will try to
freshen up old news with a new date or by-line in an attempt to
    fool you.

Lesson 3: BASHERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY. They try to
wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post,
and can answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL! There is
no positive comment they won't Bash. They try to control the
board. True longs may have to confront the Bashers or they will
appear to the newbies as being the people with all the
information. This is best accomplished by posting positive, well
researched data on the company, repetitively, while trying hard
not to engage the Bashers in direct repartee. REMEMBER -
LONGS... RESIST USING THE BASHERS ALIAS! $CGC

Big news coming tomorrow. I know we've had 20 NRs this year and none of them have moved the SP, but this news is going to be different! Stay strong. Tinley strong.

Disgruntled shareholders: do not listen to the haters or be one yourself. You do nothing positive for TNY. At this same price level for the last few years - the bashers have been saying how awful Tinley is. Well, if you look at Tinley now you will know that at this same price - Tinley is in a much stronger position than they were. I know the price of TNY has really fluctuated in the past. In order for a real breakout to occur the numbers need to be on the up. Things are looking up. Also, pot stocks always go down in the summer.

Just checked out Planet 13's online ordering site for their Santa Anna store in California. Searched edibles then drinks. All of Tinley's Tonics and Elixirs are available for Pick Up in Store, Pick Up Curbside, or Delivery. https://www.planet13dispensaries.com/menu/?dtche%5Blocation%5D=planet-13-orange-county

Wanted to share the following from the Tinley Telegram. This is Jeff’s message for those wondering why the SP has declined over the last year:

“I don't think it's the PP's that are causing this though. There are a million ways to compare us to other cannabis and other junior stocks, but I do believe that a fair amount of this is because of the overall market and sector decline. We didn't do a lot of PR in 2020 because frankly it was a year of excruciating development & buildouts. I've also always made no secret that I would have liked to have seen us be where we are today at least a year ago, maybe more. I'm appreciative of all our investors for sticking with us through these challenges, and for everyone understanding that the guys I have in California are very experienced pros, and are likely pulling off what we've achieved as fast as anyone possibly can. We've built three businesses, including a major manufacturing facility, plus extended/ing two of them to Canada, and this is on top of a pivot from hemp. We finally have business models that are working and growing, and hope that everyone's patience will be rewarded. I haven't sold a share since founding the company, and have even bought shares along the way. I founded this company with a vision and it's finally here. I've stuck with it from the start and am committed to seeing it through and through.”
