    T.O believes it can achieve 4.2 million (Canadian) FCF in the current 2022 year. Things are getting better for T.O. That's my view reading that..Long and strong on my front..👍

    If anyone on this board regularly speaks with Alex (CEO), please ask him about the 16+ million shares issued to satisfy debt. Why now with such low share value on a price per share basis. Also, is this indication that the company is struggling with working capital?

    Uniti towers, now part of harmony towers is a REIT operating and building towers in the US. It was started in 2017 and has built over 700 towers as of last summer. I believe it controls about 1000 sites. It is traded under the symbol UNIT and is currently trading at $13.80. There are 236 million shares outstanding and the P/E is About 31. Earnings per share is about $0.45. TO currently has 118,000,000 shares outstanding. (I’m not sure where the additional 13 or so million recently added came from). TO last reported earnings were about -0.0135. I expect that to turn positive very soon. The income for 500 tenants is about $7,500,000 annually. In a 3-4 years, we should hit the 1000 tower mark which would be $15,000,000 annual income. This doesn’t necessarily reflect accurate earnings per share but income per share would be About 0.13. I believe others may be able to calculate better with more information. Again, I’m very interested in seeing the 2021 annual report. I give this example of what TO could become in the reasonable foreseeable future.

    To add to joe’s post;
    450 towers by years end would be valued at about $120,000,000 by their numbers. This is possibly a value inclusive of projected rental income over ten years. The tower value would then be about $56,000,000. Since the rental negotiations are locked in for 10 years, the $275,000 value per tower is reasonable. That is a projected corporate value of assets of approximately $1.14 per share. Assuming debt of $15,000,000, that leaves a per share value of $1.00 at year end…. If we 1/2 that, the stock value should be at least $0.50 by year end. I hope people realize this and stop selling for 4-5 cents. I must admit that I’m making some big assumptions without definite complete facts.

    204 towers operating/completed at end of 2021. Expecting 450 by end of 2022. 18 completed during January and February. With ten months left in year, that would have them expecting on average 22-23 per month through the end of the year being completed. They certainly know March as today is the 31st..I'm liking the pick up in growth. I'm hoping for lots of colocations as add ons as I'm certain all true longs are..🙏😉

    Think the Equator contract entailing 18 million capex and to be COMPLETED by end of THIS YEAR is a big part of T.O's plan I. having 450 towers by end of year.. Nine completed this past month and reported today is NOT at the 23 or so we need to average each month going forward into the end of 2022 to reach T.O's stated goal..

    "given current construction schedule", T.O expects to have over 450 Towers completed and in operation by YEAR END 2022.. I like that email just sent to me! Given that they had about 204 at end of 2021, that's more than 20 per month average "over the course of the year". They clearly believe they are going to pick up the pace of towers completed each month in the remaining portion of this year. Good news ! 🤗

    Have a bid out for another 27000 as I like round numbers with totals I own..That said, whenever I slightly raise that bid, it is matched in a nano second..Algos at work I guess..So goes life. Just an observation I felt mentioning..😎💪

    9 towers completed. 2.3 million plus revs over ten years inclusive of colocations and inflation add ons..Value given to these 9 towers by company is 3.6 million..Quick math has tower income for each tower at $2130/month. Subtracting rent from value placed by company of those towers = 1.3 mil..divided by nine towers=155,000 per tower itself on those assets...That's after SUBTRACTING 10 YEAR RENT..

    My excitement with T.O is strengthening. The growth statement as to "expected towers" by end of year being a bell weather of things coming. If we can grow towers by 125% in 2022, can we double those again the following year. Further the value placed on those completed towers certainly helps in placing a value on the rest of their portfolio ..I'll continue adding . I loved AMT in the 2003 period at under a buck. Today it's in the mid 200's ! The growth is there. The demand exists..As Roy suggested on value, I concur and believe a prosperous future exists for T.O and shareholders..

    The math by my calculations has each tower over the ten year contract in the $1250/month zone. That's base without inflation or add on colocations. Clearly we need colocations to boost the revs. Was hoping the rents had increased. That said, here's to the build out picking up steam! Colocations will come...🙏🤗

    222 towers 263 co locations. 8 towers built and 4 new co locations added during February. I’ll be interested in seeing the 2021 annual report. I’m guessing the first quarter report and annual will be in six weeks or so.

    Level 2 now has ALL ASKS at 7 and higher. To me, that is further indication the heavy seller we've witnessed for a long duration has finally run out of shares to sell..Cheers seeing that in my view..Glad I have steadily added during that time of his selling. Lowest at 3.8 cents. Many at 4 & 4.25 .🤗

    TO currently has 138 owned towers. They have built 241, but the rest were resold to develop cash flow, pay debt etc. 38 of the owned towers have co located contracts. 62 sites are currently being built out, with 61 in Columbia and one in Argentina. There are currently no towers under building contract in Mexico. It is reasonable to assume 250-300 completed towers by years end. Assuming the lower end of 250, and a paltry value of $100,000 per tower, that’s $25,000,000, that’s 0.26 US per share in real assets. The true value of the company and stock should be double that. This stock should not realistically be less than $0.25 US by the end of the year and should be $0.50+. I’m assuming no disasters, unknown issues etc. By the first of next year, the company should (IMO) start to, once again, put effort into its stock valuation. A couple years ago, the effort was made prematurely, but it is soon to be in a position to legitimately do so.

    TO has secured $25,000,000 in loans at about 4 1/2% interest which is expected to lead to 300 towers being built in the next 12 months. 3/4 of the loan is bank and 1/4 by a local partner. Having good financing in place at a reasonable interest rate is achievable as the current towers are sufficient for collateral. This bodes well for continued growth.
