Better read the new press release. This company just tried to hijack Kingsberry license from Clean Vision Corp. Very shady if you ask me, but it’s your money.

Another all time low and now OTC Pink status meaning they are likely finished. Told you so.
i
They don't need any money for inventory. They already received their 1st shipment of golf carts back in October 2019. They did a PR on it . They really shouldn't need money for anything as they did another PR in September of 2019 regarding interest from cannabis companies in their E-cell technology. If you had a legitimate solution for that sectors energy needs you should be swimming in cash. Shouldn't need to do a marketing campaign either. They released a PR announcing they already started that back in June of 2019. So everything they are claiming to need funds for they already did PRs for 1 and 1/2 years ago. That was the last pump. If they did a Reg A offering I'm guessing it would be a Tier 1 offering which would allow them to not have to actually report on the status of the offering or provide any info about where the money is being spent. This is all such a blatant pump lately its ridiculously obvious to see it from a mile away.

People...hold 1.o is a pretty good basher...must be paid for this...click on his name and review all the different companies he bashes to get an up and coming company -- TPII shareholders scared and to sell their shares... Do your own DD, you made the decision to keep or sell...do let a basher decide for you... Here is a good video on how and why they bash stocks... https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=wj4PS_pdWZA

We just hit a new all-time low. We all saw it coming.
This garbage company raised millions by going public with lies about what they developed to pay off debt and who knows where else the money went. They burned through all the cash and now have nothing to show for two years later.
Everything was based on some e-cell they claimed to have developed, but it became public that it was just a supercapacitor purchased from China. Shipping records show both the capacitor and the golf cart are made in China. Triad has no office, no manufacturing facility and no staff with any background in power generation.
They currently own one golf cart and one demo generator unit that is ten times the size needed, so it runs 1/10 the time to charge up the battery and then runs off an inverter. They used this math to claim they are saving 90% in fuel. One poor-quality photo shows it outside, but there is no e-cell, and the inverter is from Magnum. It is also rated at -10c, not -40c For it to be even just on display in Canada, it must be CSA approved, and they have no approval. It's a public database; you can easily confirm this.
The fuel tank is also not approved and has no ULs 601 and CSA B139 approval. The generator exhaust is inches from the air intake. The cover door has no insulation, no rubber gasket or anything to even hold it up without using a broomstick. No flanges to stiffen it up, nothing.
Triad has no staff with any background in power generation or metal fabrication. They for sure do not own or make any e-cell. Most of all, they are not the first to market with this idea of using capacitors for the storage of power is not cost-effective. The weight is higher, and the energy density is some ten times lower than batteries.
SELL SELL SELL... the market cap is less than the cost of your home! Its a worthless company with no cash and no product.

Looking like I’m going too lose all my money here. Oh well, it was worth the gamble.

I just came across the latest video review for tpii for tomorrow
Volume is picking up, I am guessing this moves in the coming weeks.
J
"... we look forward to expanding this technology to many other areas and markets, including light trucks..." Man I hope so! If they branch out to almost anything beyond golf carts this will be an entirely different game. !

I sent an email off to the company and they responded. I wanted to know the progress. Here’s their reply.
Hi Art, Thank you for your interest.
We have started some soft marketing for the golf cart and anticipate to fully launch in the fall.
Production for the first allotment of carts has commenced. We have received reservation agreements for units and we anticipate the first units to be delivered in 4-5 months.
Best,

Video just out on company Twitter feed:
eTower customer demonstration went great! Saving 80% of diesel engine run time w/o solar panels!
I've pretty much lost just about my entire investment here now. No sense bailing at this point. I'm a bagholder i guess.

Well, we have a pull back from .18 down to .06. Yet I could see this stock hitting .18 this week or going down to .03. So if you bought at .06 now you could gain 300% or lose 50%. Just make sure not to invest more than you can afford to lose.

Better do your own DD rather than just someone says so
