No to go to $26 for a fair valuation. Silo products. No synergy in the acquisitions

This is a great buy! mid 30s and ride it to the $60 level. time and time again. They had a really good quarter and they anticipate a better second half of 2021. I only see this going up. I bought at $34. I'll sell in the high $50s.

3 year, 1 year, 6 months, 20 day fibs all lined up. next to teledocs, meds are needing remote monitoring and administration. so we have a positive technical and fundamental support for an advance from these levels.

I have a small TRHC position, and I am not surprised by this drop. The first sign was that some analyst firm upgraded them about 30-45 days ago with a strong buy and a high PT. That's always a sign of desperation, I always suspect they are trying to help people get out at a hi price.

More important, they paid 5x the recent annual rev for the company, MDSO sells for 6 or 7, and they are stable and profitable. Not a mention about how much the current losses are, but you can be sure they were losing money. Plus that acquisition they did in Dec, "DoseMe"?? What do they get for their (our?) $30M??

They bot a cloud based SW business, and as we all shd know, few of those players are profitable, all their operating rev goes into SG&A, plus some. How long that persists is a big issue.

I can see TRHC's rev increasing, but I can also see decreasing EPS. I didn't realize, when they did that convertible, how big it was, and now the conversion will hang over our heads for many years.

Bottom line, the new business with the attendant losses, and the overhang of the convertible, and their past issues with what I see as poor mgmt, all create a lot of uncertainty.

The company is able to offer enterprise wide monitoring of script. As the plaintiffs, a state doj, in a suite against cvs recently, it is argued that the retail pharmacy contributes to the opiate crises because they can’t track script on an enterprise wide level.

I had an order in to buy this stock at 9 dollars about 18 months ago. I didn't get and instead bought 2,000 share of a start up instead of 2,000 of TRHC. Man, do I regret that decision. Left 90 grand slip through my fingers. Oh well
