I live in NJ and visited an Ascend dispensary in northern NJ on Saturday. The major thing I noticed was the demographics of the customers. While my wife and I are were there and both in our early sixties, I took note that say 70-75% of the customers were in my if not older age group. I reflected as I was there, to the footprint in Florida, and what will happen once, NOT IF it's legalized there. I have read on this board that tourists would probably be the biggest source of revenue, but considering disposable income, I would say that the biggest problem they are going to have, once made legal, is having enough product on the shelves. I can't imagine when that happens, how they will anticipate the explosion of demand once finalized. Just my 2 cents...

I emailed Webull client services about when they anticipated allowing OTC trades and this is the reply I received. "OTC stocks trading is under beta testing. We are at the final preparation stage to ensure a smooth beta experiencing. Unfortunately, we are not informed of an approximation currently. "

If this could hit Yahoo's low estimate at $27 I'll actually be breaking even. Can't believe I used to think $25 was "cheap".

Everyone knows the top 5 shorted stocks on the CSE are the largest five cannabis MSO, thanks to rules in Canada preventing most retail traders from shorting the CSE but allowing the institution to. When word of a move to the TSX starts rumbling, this might happen before the OTC -> Nasdaq due to less red tape once some sort of reform ever happens. The outflow of these short positions would result in a monumental squeeze. So just be on your toes for when that day arrives.

Webull will be putting pressure on Robin hood by allowing traders to trade on the OTC. Until uplisting, these are the types of moves we need for more exposure to the public. Of course, Safe is also starting to look more promising to pass

Congressional research service March 25, 2022 Options for Congress..Both Congress and the Administration have the ability to alter marijuana?s status as a Schedule Isubstance. The Administration could make such changes on its own,...Congress could choose to maintain the federal prohibition on marijuana, but if it wanted to address theSchedule I status, it could do a number of things: (1) amend the CSA to move marijuana to a lessrestrictive schedule; (2) create an entirely new schedule or other category for marijuana; or (3) remove itentirely from the CSA. If marijuana remains a controlled substance under the CSA under any schedule, that would maintain the existing conflict between the federal government and states that have legalizedrecreational marijuana, though moving marijuana to a less restrictive schedule could help mitigateconflicts between federal law and state #$%$ laws. The creation of a new schedule solely formarijuana would give Congress an opportunity to modify the criminality of marijuana under the CSA. IfCongress chose to remove marijuana from the CSA entirely, it could seek to regulate and tax commercialmarijuana activities.

Anyone concerned with our "losses" it's called paying for a major acquisition. The top line growth is proof that the business is still operating totally fine. It will take some time to pay off the debt incurred by the acquisition. Our net loss was 55% better than last Q. This is an indication that our debts are being paid off

Top line performance is what I was looking at today, as I expected more acquisition and integration expenses from the Harvest deal in 1Q 2022. I'm very pleased with the ER today. I also like the reiteration of the 2022 guidance which shows confidence in growth, especially in the 2nd half of 2022. What other industry or company is so enthusiastic about the 2nd half of 2022? Combined with the growing pressure for federal reform before year's end, the next eight months will be an exciting ride.

Breaking news! MSOS will be working together and filing a lawsuit against the Federal Government for keeping cannabis a schedule 1 drug while state legal across the country.

If successful - 280E gone and uplisting yes! Abner Kurtin, CEO @ Ascend mentioned this on a Twitter spaces hosted by Poseidon
