Sometimes you get lucky. I just bought TSLX on 2/3/21 and have received .05, .41, and 1.25/share in dividends. This one's a keeper.

TSLX made $0.56 per share last quarter, the dividend is $0.39. Therefore it keeps $0.17 for reinvestment. So this stock can be considered as both dividend and growth stock. Am I right here? Thanks.

TSLX hits new 52-week high at $24.43 and still undervalued!

Vote no on allowing them to issue shares below NAV, this is dilutive to your shares and costs you money. There is a reason they have to get shareholder approval for it.
A
I'll bet right after earnings they are going to price a secondary offering.

why would they give out all these special dividends and then do a share offering?? doesn't seem to make sense.
A
Well, looks like they finally priced a secondary offering. Was only a matter of time.
r
sold June 22.50 calls against my stock and now see the strike price has been lowered to $21.25 to coincide with the special dividend payment going x today. Sounds like bs, don't know where anyone has the right to arbitrarily do this. Reactions?
Long term gift!
