This is a long term investment for your offsprings and offspring’s offsprings. Long term. The future lies here. Telus is Telecom, TeleHealth, Cybersecurity, Entertainment, and continuous growing future tech industry.

No I did not get paid for this promotion and I am just an ordinary fella.

Whatever the outcome of the earning results are, get on board. Dip, buy more. Sky, buy more.

Started a position in anticipation of potential good results tomorrow maybe a surprise. But also kept other half in cash in case price does go down a bit on not so favorable earnings. Either way this is a great long term divi with growth potential 💸

Tomorrow’s a big day. If share prices go up, I’ll be happy. If share prices go down, I’ll be happy to buy a bunch more.

Telus is long term guys .. this company just scratch the surface of stardom.. read up on it 👍it’s worth it .. great dividend paying ratio ..

Looking to buy some shares today, nothing but positive headlines for telus. With the expansion of 5G, telus is looking like a great long-term!
  • K
Excited for my new position in Telus! 30 years old and starting my dividend journey! Any other Canadian dividend stocks you recommend?
  • D
    The Babylon app is outstanding.

I dislike the empire telus has In Canada but it seems like a good long term investment. Hello divi count me in.

I’ve held 80 shares this stock for 6months avg cost of 24.62. I know we’re supposed to be patient but to see tons of other companies gain 20 to 30% in this time makes me not believe in all these Canadian telecom companies I’ve set limit sell of $25 I can imagine it hitting $25 if earnings aren’t good
  • S
would it be better to add a position now or wait until after earnings
  • b
Rogers is down (no wifii or phone services). I wonder how many will be so mad and switch to Telus.
  • C
Telus go! I have my fido phone service and it was unavailable for over 12 hours, I can't believe it!!!! I am going to switch to Koodo🙃🙃🙃

Telus rises by 5 to 10 cents every day per share. What a great buy for me when the company diluted the price last week to raise their capital for the investment in 5G. By the End of this month, the price will surely go beyond 26.75 at least.

I freaking wish WS allowed options.... just looked at telus option. I can easily be generating a reliable 10$ a week for every 100 shares.....

really considering moving it to IBKR
  • J
The complaining about dilution is hilarious. Do you realize what telus has? A right to print money! Companies around the world wont come to canada because a massive land mass only services 35 million people. So....telus' most is massive. The big 3 will continue to rip off customers and we are all going to gladly bend over because WE REQUIRE THEIR SERVICE AND HAVE NO CHOICE. So....here are your 2 choices....complain (gets you no where) or invest in telus stock (get a growing dividend and a piece of a company that's growing and wont be stopped)

Buy Now. Or, sit here a year from now when it's at 35 wishing you got it at 25

It's like this stock is in a perpetual cycle of 25.58ish to 25.80 range. Are people seriously nickel and diming this stock all week long?
  • S
Anyone receive their dividend drip yet?
  • P
Bro I don’t care if they cut dividends so what they pay almost 5% rn and with all the cash they raise to put into 5G it will help them raise their dividend more in the future. Stop stressing out so much and just dollar cost average into Telus and hold Long term. Bell, Telus and Rogers are the big 3 in Canada. Own all 3 and your garenteed to do well long term

Great buying op today. Drop will be short lived and capital raise will be very beneficial long term. Telus and enbridge will be key to my retirement
