the tax write off on their accumulated losses is now larger than their market cap. I don't see how they don't get bought out.

THERE IS A BOTTOM LINE HERE- No pun intended. The new regime is in it for themselves, period. If there is any dilution at all it is over for any past shareholders with a sizable stake. I still question why he gave Finizio any separation funds at all and why Finizio gave 7 million to lose 4 employees. Now we have a situation of low funds even with the GoodRx buy. The entire scenario comes into focus. The VitaCare buyout , the overly zealous and generous financial pay down leaving us with a low bank balance and lastly a 50 to 1 reverse split giving the shorts the ability to make a fortune. Like I said, if the CEO does a dilution the old company is over along with the past shareholders. The only bright spot is the FDA ruling which comes late. So the BIG question is will Hugh come up a solution to keep the old TXMD viable or will he flush us down the toilet. Remember a pre average of $1.47 results in a new average of $73 approximately. Anything above that is toast. The only thing we have hopefully going for us is past management has high averages as well. The board must hold Hugh's feet to the fire or they also lose . Reducing only 4 million in quarter spending is not enough without a sale of assets or a deal. I am not really sorry for this ramble .

June 1st is the shorts doomsday date for this company. Just one more trading week since Monday is a holiday.

"As difficult as it is for folks to stay optimistic at this point in time, it is UNDENIABLE that TXMD is designed to survive and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. We are designed for women to make a few phone calls or interact with medical care providers and pharmacies without leaving their sofas." - The Prophet Elliott, messenger of the great Rob Finizio.

The VitaCare deal was a clear signal that management can make deals. Perhaps they can continue the positives and realize the company just isn’t good at sales and get partnerships for the current FDA approvals. The company has been good at finding the “diamonds in the rough” and getting FDA approvals. It’s time to return to their roots and let someone else manage manufacturing/sales/distribution.

At this point someone could buy the Co. for 20M and take it private...?

I bought more today. If Hugh can unlock value in our other assets on the same scale as Vita Care, this is one of the most undervalued stocks on the market today.

$2.26 close Thursday before Friday FDA piece. Monday close at $2.56. Plus 26 million shares have traded in a published 8.5 million shares post split. Extra 10 million found few pages in but they haven’t been discussed by Boca Boys.

They may not have said much in the CC, but the 10Q is interesting reading.
Some news that may not be new:
Rob got about $1.8 million in severance pay. Didn't he resign?
Hugh got close to $300,000 for relocation, in addition to $250,000 signing bonus
    Some other tidbits:
There's a "long term services" agreement with Goodrx where TXMD will be paying at least $65 million to Good rx through 2027. Huh??
They have $35 million in accounts receivable. That's probably around 5 months of sales.
If I'm reading correctly, they have to pay off Sixth Street by June 1st. How are they gonna do it? If they work something out, be prepared for your equity to cut substantially as they potentially more than double they're share count.

Lots of other goodies there. Everyone should read it, except those with a weak stomach

@Elliot to answer your question I only took 10k shares because of the concern for a raise. I already sold 5k at .33 to lock in profits before tonight's earnings. Will decide what to do before the close on the balance. Not because I don't believe all the bad news is baked in but they still have an open shelf filed back in March 21 and ATM as well.. High probability of a raise.. I could see 5m share offering at $2.50 for example. That's just me doing what I do.. Don't investment advice just giving some color on how i set up my trades

One more time: if the company does not have anything novel to offer, do not invest. If the company is not profitable, has nothing novel to offer, do not invest. If the company offers a product that no one wants, is not profitable, has nothing novel to offer, DO NOT INVEST!!!!!!!
