Very difficult to see TXT not making a big run north. This is so frustrating trying to find trade ideas. I've subscribed to some email newsletters which helps me with new stock ideas. awe-som_sto-cks is the one i like best.
3% up ... any real news??
TXT has been solid for me but if I need more stock tips I always check out the-stockdork. Their stuff has been solid latley... .
Is TXT undervalued? This sort of setup suggests potential upside... Ive been struggling with this stock lately. Some of my other trades have been from awe*some*sto-ck*s which are working out pretty well.
Tactic for N. Korea issue ... from now on, when they launch a missile, wait until in international space and zap it ... if they fire three, blow them all up in the air ... they will get the message ... we may miss a couple but keep shooting ... we will achieve 100% ... we have had the technology since the early '80's (star-wars) ... we brought the USSR down, we can handle a back-water with WWII V-2's ...
Do you think this thing is done selling? Showing us a buy signal now on TXT? Im not sure about you guys but https://activepennystocks1.blogspot.com has provided me with some pretty good trade ideas. I messed up executing some of them but thats on me.
(https://thestockmarketnews123.blogspot.in/) If you’re not signed up with the dork you are really missing out. Not only have the stock tips been solid but I have also learned a ton to help me in my own trading.
Is TXT overvalued at current levels? I started receiving notifications from Awe.Som.e.Sto-cks. the other week and so far they have presented interesting new trade ideas.
Textron's AAI Corp joined Aurora Flight Sciences, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin in the the six-company Air Force Aerospace Systems Air Platform Technology Research program, today. They share the $499M contract with these companies to research a low-cost future warfighter. I briefly broke it down, here: https://www.tickhounds.com/2017/08/29/textron-awarded-499m-contract/
TickHounds: Textron Awarded $499M Contract for Warfighter Research
Textron joins Aurora Flight Sciences, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin in the shared-ceiling contract of $499,000,000 for the USAF ASAPTR program.
Why does TXT pay such a chintzy small dividend?
TXT appears to suggest upside opportunity. the other week awe-som*sto-cks alerted this company i think. google them .
Is it time to make a move on TXT? if you guys have questions you should ask Awe.Some.Sto-ck.s. They often respond to my emails which is helpful.
I have owned Avco since they started a 401-k in 1975 and held all my options in stock post conversion in the TXT acquisition in 1984 and added after I left for much greener pastures in 1986 ... net, much appreciation over the years and held through the hammering met out by Lew (tank this stock) Campbell ... but had the common sense to add a large tranche at $3.75 post-crash in 2009 ... have been on this board arguing for some sort of deal (spin-offs, sale, combination) for over a decade ... now the anchor is way too heavy in my portfolio (over 1/3) I have been taking some off the table at $46-$49 and would recommend others in my position to do likewise ... can't see over $60 with this mgmt. (no deals) ...
Since there is no money to be made with txt, I will share one of my investing premises ... I was able to fund a comfortable retirement with three stocks: pcln, fb and siri ... they all have the following model in common: the incremental cost of adding revenues is zero or approaching zero with essentially all contributing to fixed cost and profits ... the next user of pcln services
Why oh why does this stock go down when it beats or meets expectations ! Wouldn't it be nice if TXT go zoom upward for a change ?
Why is txt down it was up over 4 precent in pre market
Overall I think we will see upside for TXT in the short-term. Perhaps a pullback next day or so could occur I suppose but are yall also seeing a further leg higher? google AWEsome-Stocks-s - they offer pretty good trade alerrts. you dont have to trade their tickers but it definetly helps you recognize possible patterns for stocks you're trading.
