The new credit facility replaces Tyler’s existing $300 million secured credit facility, which was scheduled to mature in November 2020. In addition to the $400 million committed revolving facility, the new credit facility also provides a minimum of $250 million of additional uncommitted funding through an expanded accordion feature. In addition to expanding the size and moving to unsecured, the credit facility also contains improved pricing compared to Tyler’s previous credit agreement.
Utilizing a rapid-deployment model, the city was live on MyCivic in less than three months. Tyler Technologies, Inc. (TYL) announced today that the city of St. Petersburg, Florida, is building on the success of its Socrata®-powered StPeteStat open data portal and expanding its data program to equip 18 city departments with modern data analytics strategies to improve program performance and service delivery. St. Petersburg’s performance program currently includes 349 measures involving 12 departments, and six additional departments are slated to join the program this year. “StPeteStat is one of our many success stories,” said St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman.

(TYL) announced today that it has signed an agreement with the city of Pembroke Pines, Florida, for Tyler’s Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP), EnerGov™ civic services, and ExecuTime™ time and attendance solutions. Currently, the city uses roughly 200 legacy software applications and manual processes to perform core business functions, including utility billing, budgeting, human resources, permitting, cashiering, work orders, and more. The software applications supporting these functions are technologically out of date and have limitations in their capabilities, leading to duplication of efforts and data across systems.
