    Universal Health Realty Income Trust Reports 2020 Fourth Quarter And Full Year Financial Results

    Universal Health Realty Income Trust (NYSE:UHT) announced today that for the three-month period ended December 31, 2020, net income was $5.0 million, or $.36 per diluted share, as compared to $5.8 million, or $.42 per diluted share, during the fourth quarter of 2019. As reflected on the attached Schedule of Non-GAAP Supplemental Information ("Supplemental Schedule"), our financial results for the three-month period ended December 31, 2019 included a gain of $1.7 million, or $.12 per diluted share, realized on the sale of the Kings Crossing II medical office building. After adjusting the reported results for the three-month period ended December 31, 2019 for the $1.7 million gain, as calculated on the Supplemental Schedule, our adjusted net income was $4.1 million, or $.30 per diluted share, during the fourth quarter of 2019, as compared to $5.0 million, or $0.36 per diluted share during the fourth quarter of 2020.
