Ultra Lithium Inc., an exploration stage company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium properties. The company was formerly known as Jantar Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Ultra Lithium Inc. in September 2009. Ultra Lithium Inc. was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
