Shares were up 2.2 percent in morning trade after the world's largest package delivery company said revenue increased 10 percent to $17.1 billion in the first quarter from a year ago, topping analyst expectations of $16.47 billion. "Higher costs continue to pressure earnings," Cowen & Co analyst Helane Becker said in a research note.
