Walmart and target tanked on earnings...do the math and realize less credit card spending, result is credit card usage drops significantly...end result earnings when V reports will be lower

Case for short-term $235, then jump to $275-285.

with purchases that people MUST do, plus the buy now/pay later of plastic... why V and MA are not at ALL-TIME highs right now this week, beats the hell out of me.

I listened to a commercial suggesting young people invest with their hearts, trust me, if you do this you will eventually have nothing. Please base your investing decisions on quantitative analysis and great products.

    V - USD 194,50 - is a growth stock.
No - it is not a tech stock.
It is a financial growth company, which only USES tech.
Be bullish, not bearish on V.

Add a small position today at $194.44. This market you just never know how low it will get. Build positions for 5 years out. Bond starts to get interesting as well. Will slowly to build out positions. Good luck longs.

Amazing how MM who bet wrong and shorted the stock, can manipulate the price down to cover, after an amazing ER. And even a huge beat on MA to reinforce V results, both got slaughtered within a few days.
A single analyst (Piper Sandler) downgrades after a stellar ER, while 8 upgraded to buy or overweight and a total of 36 all have buy/overweight ratings, both V and MA drops on 1 person. WHAT A JOKE!

VISA should be trading at $235, and by EOY should get $260. Trading in the very low $200's is unjustifiable. We need a macro issue to resolve for this and rest of market to respond positive. If drop below $200 again consider it a buying gift.

Visa is the only bank stock I own currently. As recession is not imminent and consumer spending is still strong just may not be in the retail sectors but in services like travelling, dinning etc. But will swing trade to hedge the market condition.

Hilarious response to massive earnings and positive guidance. Do you not listen? Why would you sell here at a massive discount and lock in losses on a company buying back stock?
