    From the Q

We expect to finance our future cash needs through public or private equity offerings, debt financings, government grants or non-government funding, structured asset financings, or business development transactions. Pursuant to the Contribution Agreement, we will receive up to CAD $55,976 as a government grant to support the development of the Company’s coronavirus vaccine program, though Phase II clinical studies, and pursuant to the CEPI Funding Agreement, we will receive up to $33,018 in funding to support the development of the Company’s coronavirus vaccine program, specifically SARS-COV-2 variants. We may need to raise additional funds more quickly if one or more of our assumptions prove to be incorrect or if we choose to expand our product development efforts more rapidly than we presently anticipate. We may also decide to raise additional funds even before we need them if the conditions for raising capital are favorable. Additional equity, debt, structured asset financing, government grants or non-government funding, or business development transactions may not be available on acceptable terms, if at all. If adequate funds are not available, we may be required to delay, reduce the scope of or eliminate our R&D programs, reduce our planned commercialization efforts or obtain funds through arrangements with collaborators or others that may require us to relinquish rights to certain pipeline candidates that we might otherwise seek to develop or commercialize independently.

I wouldn't be so quick to panic sell. Obviously, the powers that be want this at a buck or more! Raymond & friends are still on board & my gut feeling is although slower than expected revenue will increase. Not to mention Canada still has our back. The upside looks good! Downside is limited!
Just my thoughts. Best to all.

A lot of Shorts are still hanging on to many stocks looking for $0.00 per share, but many stocks are rising on poor results because Apocalyptic results were already priced in. The time to Sell/Short was EOY 2021. It's way too late now.

I viewed the video, 'We need to do more’ to attain HBV elimination'

Chari Cohen, DrPH, MPH, president of the Hepatitis B Foundation: “The CDC has put out draft recommendations for a one time test for all adults in the United States. So, we’re hoping that by next year it will be recommended that all adults in the US get tested for Hepatitis B and that would happen during routine primary care.”

It will be interesting to see how things shake out because of this with VBI Vaccines.

Question: Can Hepatitis B be spread through carnal activity?

Answer: Hepatitis B is easily transmitted through carnal activity. In fact, carnal contact is the most common way Hepatitis B is spread in the United States. Hepatitis B is 50-100 times more infectious than HIV. If you are carnally active, get vaccinated against Hepatitis B and talk to your health professional about your risk for STDs and HIV.

All of the DVAX fans here bashing PreHevbrio numbers don’t understand why VBI bought the asset in the first place. Hint, it was not for the revenue PreHevbrio would provide. Good luck in your selections.
