I stayed at one of their condos in Galveston the other weekend. Stay was overall pleasant but information on parking was incorrect. They didn’t seem to care that I was coming. Gave no welcome message but was sure to ask for a review…. So basically, poor customer service

Appears to be a shakeout happening over the past few days. This looks like a steal to me. I'm loading up...as Vacasa has the same CEO that sold OpenTable to Booking Holdings ;)

So, these lock-up shares being dumped…wondering what did the sellers have to pay to acquire them in the first place?

Very interesting business model. Insert yourself in the middle of a supply chain and charge both the supplier and customer.

Going to have to start thinking of this as a potential capital gains offset if it’s still in this neighborhood at EOY.

Good time to buy, summer is here and vacation rentals will be HUGE this summer. People want to get away and they'll spend their last dime doing it. We'll be $10+ by Christmas.

If you bought this at ipo or even at 10... the value now compared to airbb is very apparent at 4.30.

Has anyone been able to make sense of the number of shares outstanding...restricted, unrestricted, stock options granted, executed etc? If and when they become profitable this will determine the market price.
