  • Company actions and results speak for themselves. Vasco insider selling, which was virtually nil for years, is picking up. The company guided to lower top and bottom lines and is achieving them. And finally they've announced they are transitioning to a software company and their financials will continue to deteriorate into 2018. They hope for 18 to be the turnaround year.
    This is almost the equivalent of McDonalds announcing that " this fast food thing isn't working out and we're transitioning to a gourmet dining concept". Sure, it may work out but what would happen to their stock price?
    Vasco's is off maybe 60% which seems modest considering their announcements and performance over the past year or so. 2018 based on Wall st standards is a long way out.
  • Ken has sold as I last counted about 134,000 shares, in June....granted he has a ton but then just sell the company and sell it all at once, instead of dribs and drabs...............I don't like it!
  • So are you all here watching the selling of stock by Ken Hunt, almost every day, and now on July 3 Clements and Hoyt are all sellers too.
  • Silence is deafening, and expensive. Have to wonder if these guys are even answering the phone anymore.
  • Big move, but why big move down this week.
  • Another disappointment. These guys suck.
  • again , their favorite word when reporting earnings is rampant in this report -- decrease - decrease - decrease .. the only increase comes in the expenses section .. the co. is going in the wrong direction
  • www.PennySt0ckl0l.org is one of the best “alerts” services I have found. Just sign up and watch from the sidelines, you will see!

  • COMPOSERX, I finally am agreeing with you on what VDSI is doing best!!!!! New Lows. Also, why do they spend the monies, probably $100K per year for the investor relations guy. I was not impressed, and there certainly cannot be any new shareholders at this time. Their subscription model will probably end up taking 2-3 years, IMHO, to ramp up anyway. Short position is down to 1.5 million shares, down to a tenth of what it was at its peak. Cut some expenses VDSI MGMT.
  • vdsi is doing what it does best .. makes NEW LOWS for the year !!! just practice for the upcoming earnings report .. what are the odds it will be positive ..
  • It is easier to immediately choose a winner NTWK
    Wat fundamentals ... BNA ... SALES ... I am certain you'll love it !
    I think $5 ...$ 50 := 3 to 5 years
  • Is VDSI undervalued? Certainly looks that way given the performance % (year to date) of -2.20%. This sort of setup means potential upside... Do you guys find it difficult to know when to buy or sell something? I prefer to get my stocks from awesomeSTO-CKS.
  • New investor for this stock. Anything I should know?
  • Looks like sub $10 by April fools day and $5 after next financial report and CC. Institutions bleeding it off slowly, but rout is inevitable.
  • Predictions for tonight? With no announcements for the qtr but for new product presentations and seat shuffling I'm thinking revs in the mid/ upper $30's and a loss in the range of $4 mil.
  • I like their health status at the moment - low debt and still plenty of room to grow
