This performance of this company is unbelievable! Is management incompetent or crooked? It is an Illinois company.

Is that a flushing sound I hear? With the qtr drawing to a close and dead silence from the company it appears the institutions are finally throwing in the towel. No more bleeding off small pieces, volume is getting heavy. Could there be a warning in the pipeline?

By the way this stock is trading you would think they are providing IT security for Equifax....

Took a small position in VDSI last year - banking security, electronic signature, no debt; seemed like a good move at the time. 1.6 M shares traded one second before closing yesterday? What the heck was that? A fund bailing out? There aren't many funds that own that many shares. Why does this company have such a hard time selling its products in this hack environment? I thought at the least this would be a good buyout candidate by a larger company, but now I'm not sure who would want it.

Well the Chairman does still own 7.5M common shares so he is feeling it too, but not a good sign from the new President.

I feel everyones pain here. I am in at $24 shot to $34 2 weeks later, oh god how I wish I would have sold then! I Held on and got burnt. What a POS company, in a time when data security is evolving and becoming a big issue, this stock should be booming. Should have bought fireeye, I see class action all over this thing but its us the common shareholder that really gets stiffed up the poop shoot!

Company actions and results speak for themselves. Vasco insider selling, which was virtually nil for years, is picking up. The company guided to lower top and bottom lines and is achieving them. And finally they've announced they are transitioning to a software company and their financials will continue to deteriorate into 2018. They hope for 18 to be the turnaround year.
This is almost the equivalent of McDonalds announcing that " this fast food thing isn't working out and we're transitioning to a gourmet dining concept". Sure, it may work out but what would happen to their stock price?
Vasco's is off maybe 60% which seems modest considering their announcements and performance over the past year or so. 2018 based on Wall st standards is a long way out.

Ken has sold as I last counted about 134,000 shares, in June....granted he has a ton but then just sell the company and sell it all at once, instead of dribs and drabs...............I don't like it!
