No lie. I was actually thinking the other day that it would be great if one of the big exchanges like the S&P 500 would add Vonage. Close, but Its the S&P 600. That means all mutual funds that have the S&P 600 in their Portfolio have to buy Vonage by the end of trading on Thursday! You will see huge buy volume and the recent price targets and upgrades will be reevaluated to reflect this. Congratulations to all that stuck with Vonage. I admit i was so frustrated after two years that i almost sold.

Vonage price target raised to $10 on Nexmo opportunity at Craig-Hallum Craig-Hallum analyst George Sutton said Vonage (VG) filed details related to the Nexmo acquisition, which appears to look a lot more like Twilio (TWLO) than he had expected. Sutton was surprised by the similar growth rates between Nexmo and Twilio, particular compared to expectations of 40% growth for Nexmo. Sutton expects Vonage's accelerated Nexmo investments will close the developer gap with Twilio and accelerate growth further. The analyst expects investors to reward Vonage's valuation and raised its price target to $10 from $8.50 to reflect the Nexmo opportunity and reiterated his Buy rating.

Another Upgrade:Timothy Horan from Oppenheimer reiterated a Buy rating on Vonage Holdings (NYSE: VG), with a price target of $9. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $7.36.

    Horan commented:

“Results were very strong, driven by an acceleration in Nexmo’s revenue, enterprise wins and a stabilizing consumer segment. VG continues to integrate its sales force, and demand for its unique integrated uCaaS and cPaaS continues to grow as a result. VG’s business segment is a growth engine as VG delivered four enterprise deals totaling $30M in contract value, seats expanded 15% YoY to 683K, and a record number of developers are on the platform. Consumer is stabilizing with record low churn, a deceleration of seat losses and ARPU growth. Management increased FY17 business revenue guidance by $15M, reflecting accounting changes at Nexmo, and reaffirmed EBITDA guidance of at least $165M. Due to these trends, we increase our estimates. Reiterate Outperform, raising PT to $9 (from $8).”
