I think VNQ is due for a pullback. What are your thoughts? Not sure how Awe.Some.Stocks finds all these incredible trade ideas but im happy.
VNQ has just seen the last of the selling. Looks like a potential push higher is in store. I started receiving notifications from AWE.some.STOCKS the other week and so far they have presented interesting new trade ideas.
My guess is that VNQ will be flat for the next couple of years and have a ~5 years stretch of under-performing the market....but you'll see the yield rise up to about 5.5 - 6 percent....maybe as high at 6.5%. Now is the time to start averaging in and making small purchases the rest of 2017, 2018 and 2019.

smart money getting out before the ex-dividend date
hmmmmm dip below 80 looks quite possible now
I'm waiting for the next dip below $80, preferably to $78. This should happen after the next FED rate rise as Mr. Market settles into the new long-term horizon of rising rates. The window of opportunity may be short. Any trouble in the economy will spell the suspension of that horizon. In any case, the price must be low enough to accommodate the comparison with expected Treasury interest rates a couple of years down the line.
vanguard reit has professional management, and will d very good in 2017

PORTFOLIO: When I clicked the symbol of a fund I used to be able to find research data that was previously shown in a table on the right side of the screen. This data included "PERFORMANCE" of annual win/losses, rank in that category, top funds in the category, holdings (%stock-bonds-cash); and Risk. How can I get this data for the funds in my Portfolio?
WHERE IS THE LINK TO SHOW HOLDINGS; i.e. % STOCK, %BONDS, %CASH FOR VGSLX MUTUAL FUND ? Where is the link for yearly PERFORMANCE for that fund?
