      It took about two years for the Singapore Exchange to have its first de-SPAC transaction—long after the global bubble for special purpose acquisition companies burst. Vertex Technology Acquisition, which is backed by the venture-capital arm of Singapore's Temasek Holdings, said Monday that it would combine with 17Live, a live-streaming and entertainment business that operates in Japan, Taiwan and other parts of Asia. The deal values 17Live at about $682 million, the companies said.
