1. 474 shares VDC per VDI
2. $ 95.60 of note per share VDC, that would value VDC (VTGDF) at 95.6/474 = .20 dollars a share
3. Special dividend of 40 per share: 40/474 = .084 per share VTGDF
Any thoughts ?
1. What will the ticker be of the ordinary share (rhetorical) ?
2. Will it be trade able on any market: NSE, OTC BB, or Pink Sheets ?
3. That will more than double the issued shares and if available for trading on a market will allow for more volume and price movements.
As far as VTGDF, the Nov 18th press release stated "...company announced that is delivered and instruction to the Trustee to effectuate the conversion {note}". My guess is that VTGDF will not be converted to Ordinary shares of the new company tomorrow. Who knows, we may be surprised.
Tomorrow will be an interesting day.
Today in Law 360 well actually last night late
Law360 (February 15, 2019, 9:29 PM EST) -- Vantage Deepwater Co. has urged a federal court to halt Petrobras from transferring the proceeds of an upcoming $562 million sale of its Texas refinery outside the U.S. until the Brazilian.
Anyway, where is the speculation? Why isn't anyone gambling on VTG winning the final arbitration hearing?
I am at such a loss in that nothing is happening with the price of VTGDF!!!
WHY? WHY? WHY?
