Are you going to see another $5 + day this week like the other day ? The other day's movement was short lived but hope that this will be permanent.

Traded as high as $6.54 PM. This is what's going on with this stock: company is expected to report topline results of clinical trials and investors are betting they will be extremely positive. BZ Pro reported earlier today "Phase 2 Simplici-T1 study of TTP399 achieved the primary objective of a statistically significant reduction in HbA1c". Company PR last month mentioned "upcoming topline results of our phase 2 Elevage Study in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and type 2 diabetes in December". Recent SEC filings include institutional stock buying agreements. This is a micro cap, small float stock with 70% insider ownership and another 8% institutional ownership, yet heavily shorted. Traders are trying to connect the dots and if they do drop a PR with surprisingly good trial data, we may see explosive upside with huge short squeeze similar to GLSI.

My condolences for the P2 study failure....SAVA unfortunately has a better Alzheimer's treatment. Not only was Sumifilam successful in its P2 study, but it improved MULTIPLE....Alzheimer's biomarkers, unlike ANY...Alzheimer's treatment in clinical trial history.....SAVA is the horse to ride if you want to have exposure to the very lucrative global Alzheimer's treatment market.....Wishing everyone good health and prosperity in the new year.

(Nasdaq: VTVT) today announced that the Phase 2 Elevage study of azeliragon in people with mild Alzheimer’s disease and type 2 diabetes did not meet its primary objective of demonstrating an improvement in cognition as assessed by the 14-item Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale – Cognitive Subscale (ADAS-cog14) relative to placebo. The 6-month trial investigated the efficacy and safety of 5 mg azeliragon administered orally once daily compared to placebo in 43 people with mild probable Alzheimer’s disease and type 2 diabetes. The azeliragon treated group (n=21) had a 1.8 point decline from baseline in ADAS-cog14 compared to a placebo (n=22) decline of 0.35. These differences were not statistically significant. Consistent with previous studies, azeliragon was generally well-tolerated with similar incidences of treatment-emergent adverse events overall and by system organ class in both treatment groups.
