Thursday is the "dividend record date", not the "dividend effective date", which hasn't been set as of today. From the last PR: "Those holding shares of Vystar stock on the dividend record date would receive a dividend of RxAir NewCo shares on the dividend effective date. Vystar has set the dividend record date as June 30, 2022. Vystar will announce the dividend effective date and ratio of the dividend once details become finalized and have passed regulatory review."

There was a January 5th record date. Then a June 30th record date.
Lets hope there’s not a new PR with a future date.
Would really like to see them follow thru.

Well with the projected spin off record date is next Thursday and based on share price and volume either people are just holding to see what happens or people are stuck in there positions due to lack of buyers. I am optimistic about the future since Rotman is trying to retire and I’m sure he does not want his business and legacy to end with him. Good luck longs.

“If” they actually do this Rxair newco and there’s a filing to back it, I have funds ready to drop my average to .01. Which would be easy and cheap enough at this price.
I’m back and forth on my trust in them. Maybe it’ll happen. I’ve really got nothing more to lose at his point. I averaged up on hope and I’m sitting at .044 now

2Q ended and nothing. This stock will continue to drop. There is no spin-off. Vystar has not filed to create a new corporation. Remember when this was at 1 cent and people said it couldn’t go lower or they were waiting to break even? Well the stock would need to more than double to get back to 1 cent. Cut your losses and get out now. $0.003 in the near future.

Wasnt VYST supposedly doing a spinoff today? Not sure what it was but I saw something for this date

I would not want anyone to come down with a migrane, but if you are into this stock you should compare the short term receivables with the short term payables. It looks like the company needs to raise money fast.

expect pps increase soon in anticipation of this ---- Vystar decided to delay the previously announced time frame for the RxAir NewCo spin-off to facilitate the addition of Vytex into the spin-off that, in turn, creates the singular focused Vystar-Rotmans entity in preparation for a potential reverse merger. Vystar plans to execute the spin-off prior to the reverse merger. Those holding shares of Vystar stock on the dividend record date would receive a dividend of RxAir NewCo shares on the dividend effective date.
