Vancouver, British Columbia-based Westbank is proposing a 500-foot tall mixed-use tower crowned by a spectacular geodesic dome and a swimming pool that cantilevers over the tower proposed for 2000 Third Ave. A surface parking lot currently occupies the nearly half-acre site just north across Virginia Street from a Bed Bath & Beyond store.
