    WEC Energy Group raises quarterly dividend

    MILWAUKEE, Jan. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of WEC Energy Group (WEC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 59 cents per share on the company's common stock, an increase of 6.8 percent over the current quarterly dividend of 55.25 cents a share. The higher dividend is payable March 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on Feb. 14, 2019. This marks the 306th consecutive quarter – dating back to 1942 – that the company will have paid a dividend to its stockholders.

    MILWAUKEE, Dec. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of WEC Energy Group (WEC) today announced that it is planning to raise the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to 59 cents per share in the first quarter of 2019.
